We custom blend special premix formulas specifically prepared by our trained and experienced staff according to the demands and needs of our customers. Our extremely sensitive micro-ingredient mixer and computer software allows us to manufacture the highest quality feed premixes that fulfil guaranteed activity/nutrient value.
- For technical support of our products, we provide technical meetings conducted by foreign experts, visits to expos, seminars, and foreign production facilities.
- Periodically our feed premixes go through a series of analyses by the personnel of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock. In addition we send samples of our enzyme products to foreign accredited labs and always monitor the activity levels.
- In our computer-controlled automated production facility, our products are manufactured and labelled in compliance with safe feed production practices under the authority given by the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock. A barcode system allows traceability and is placed on our products prior to delivery to our customers. Our product labels display vital information such as lot numbers of enzymes used, production and expiration dates. The certificates of origin and periodical lab analysis results are used as reference sources for product quality measures. Premix samples are obtained during production and stored for six months.
